bingiplus Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bingiplus platform — whether through a web browser on your phone, tablet, or desktop computer — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all services offered through bingiplus, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, eBingo, and any other gaming products available on the platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each person may register only one account with bingiplus. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same identity documents, the same payment method, or the same device — are prohibited. Duplicate accounts discovered during routine checks or KYC verification will be merged into a single account or closed, with any promotions or bonuses voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, update your account profile or notify the bingiplus support team.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, bingiplus requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a one-time process. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. bingiplus will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on bingiplus are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits can be made via Philippine bank transfer and supported local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. These are deposit channel options — bingiplus does not guarantee specific processing times for third-party payment providers, and actual transfer times depend on the provider's own systems.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or payment methods on bingiplus. Attempting to fund your account through unsupported methods may result in failed transactions and delays.

Deposits made to your bingiplus account are intended for gaming purposes only. You must only use funds that belong to you. Depositing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to verified accounts via the same Philippine bank transfer and e-wallet channels used for deposits. To initiate a withdrawal, log in to your account, navigate to the withdrawal section, select your method, and enter the amount in PHP.

Withdrawal requests are subject to review. bingiplus reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing funds if there is reason to believe that account activity is inconsistent, potentially fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bingiplus are subject to the platform's sports betting rules and game-specific terms. By placing a bet, you agree that you have read and understood the relevant rules for that event or game type.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the bingiplus platform explicitly provides a cash-out or cancellation option for that specific market.
• bingiplus reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors displaying incorrect odds, events cancelled or abandoned without a valid result, or evidence of irregular betting patterns.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during match stoppages, VAR reviews, or other live event interruptions. Bets placed during suspension windows may be voided.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per event may apply and will be displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• bingiplus does not offer guaranteed outcomes on any sporting event, casino game, or esports match. All betting involves financial risk.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

bingiplus may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms governing any offer — including any wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, or time limits — will be stated when the offer is communicated. Where no specific terms are provided, the general bonus terms apply.

Bonuses are awarded to qualifying accounts only. bingiplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in disqualification, account suspension, and forfeiture of related winnings.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your actual location.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Registering or allowing a minor to use the platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bingiplus platform — including but not limited to logos, game names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of bingiplus or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

bingiplus provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime. bingiplus will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including connectivity issues on the part of the player's internet service provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bingiplus's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
